Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche arrrived in Nepal from India at the end of March. Since arriving, he has taught a five-day course on the songs of Milarepa at Shree Mangal Dveep School in Boudhanath. The teachings were attended by Rinpoche's monks, nuns, and students from around the world. Rinpoche spoke movingly about impermanence and the need to devote ourselves to Dharma practice to the best of our abilities.
Now that those teachings are completed, Rinpoche is heading to Namo Buddha, where he will spend most of the month of April at the Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery. While there, in addition to overseeing the monastery and caring for the Sangha, Rinpoche will give teachings on Karma Chakme's Mountain Dharma to the monks and nuns from his monasteries.
Toward the end of the month, the annual Mani Drupchen at Shree Mangal Dveep School in Boudhanath will begin. Rinpoche will again preside over that puja, as he does every year.
